We have a thriving Downtown area and a lot of new Growth coming in with easy 4 lane access that is only about an hour and a half or so from Atlanta.

What We Do

We offer a good variety of Rustic Cabins and service all of North Georgia and parts of Tennessee and North Carolina too. Whether you have your own land or need some to put your new cabin, we can help… These cabins are great for 2^nd home retreats and getaways, part time living, or more and have a variety of possibilities… you can just plan to use them yourself, you can plan to use them until you build and then let it serve as a guest house after you build, and/or you can let us rent out your cabin to vacationers for extra income when you are not using it.  There are so many possibilities…
